Sammamish River Bridge Replacement Project

A study is underway to develop a long term design to provide additional lanes over the Sammamish River, between the 127th Place NE and the 131st Avenue NE intersection. Alternatives are being explored and will be presented to the City Council late in 2007.

The project is expected to provide 2 additional through lanes, bike and pedestrian improvements, and rail crossing improvements. Once a design has been selected, the City will seek funding opportunities.
