Please tell the City what Capital Improvement Project you would like the City to consider in the next six years.
A Capital Improvement Project is a major, non-routine expenditure
for property acquisition, new construction,
or improvement to existing buildings, facilities,
land, or infrastructure with an estimated
useful life of five or more years, and a total cost of $50,000
or more. City staff reviews and updates the Capital Improvement
Plan (CIP) annually to consider new projects and priorities.
The review evaluates each project based on twelve criteria
ranging from public health and safety to financing and quality
of life. The projects are considered in relation to funding
sources and a CIP is developed for consideration
by the City Council.
This is your chance to suggest a project for the CIP. If
there is a certain project that you would
like the City to consider, please describe
the project in the space below. Please
review the existing CIP. Your project may
already exist in the plan.
In your description
please indicate the name of the building
or streets and the location of the project.
Also in your description please include
the nature of the improvement. Please
be as descriptive as possible. Your feedback
allows us to better serve you as we move
forward into the future.
