Request for Applications for Procurement Roster
The City of Woodinville requests that businesses apply to its procurement roster system, Public Purchase. The free vendor subscription to Public Purchase includes access to agency solicitations, email notification from registered agencies and online solicitation submittal. You must register with each agency from which you wish to receive notifications of upcoming solicitation opportunities.
Businesses interested in notified of upcoming bid and RFP opportunities may apply at any time by going to www.publicpurchase.com and selecting “Go to Register” for the free application. Businesses must sign up in the Public Purchase system to receive solicitation notifications from the City of Woodinville and other participating agencies.
The Public Purchase roster includes businesses representative of Small Works (RCW 39.04.155), Professional Services/Architecture & Engineering (RCW 39.80.030), General Services, Legal Services, Information Technology and Supply Vendors.
Some or all of the agencies participating in the Shared Procurement Portal may use the roster to select businesses for public agency contracts. In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against in the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.

Planning Commission Public Hearing - Proposed Ordinance No. 650 (Project File No. CPA17002) - NSD School Impact Fees Comprehensive Plan Amendment
PURPOSE: The Woodinville Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to receive testimony on Ordinance No. 650 regarding amending Woodinville’s 2015 Comprehensive Plan for the Northshore School District. This will establish a revised Comprehensive Plan by adding the Northshore School District’s 2017 Six Year Capital Facilities Plan that will allow the collection of impact fees for schools as part of new single family residential units. This is also known as the amendment to the Capital and Public Facilities Element of the Comprehensive Plan (Section 7.0). This is case number CPA17002.
