New! Guidelines for Reopening during COVID-19 Pandemic
King County is taking steps to reopen the economy under the Governor’s “Safe Start – Stay Healthy” Phased Reopening plan.
With King County approved to enter a modified phase 1, the City has heard from many businesses interested in expanding their outdoor dining onto sidewalks and parking stalls. We expect expanded outdoor commercial activities to continue into Phase 2. The City Manager has issued a directive to relax enforcement on certain code provisions to support implementation of the "Safe Start" plan. Life safety codes will continue to be enforced.
For more information, see the City's Guidelines for Use of Outdoor Space under "Safe Start - Stay Healthy" Phased Reopening and Guidelines on Heating Outdoor Tents. Please contact planning@ci.woodinville.wa.us with questions. We are committed to responding to these requests quickly to support businesses reopening.
