Volunteers give away handmade quilts at the 2020 Woodinville Rotary Warm Coats community event.

The City of Woodinville is pleased to offer grant funding eligible to community organizations serving the Woodinville community.

The City has allocated $15,000 in funding for the year 2021. Funding priority will be given to activities and events that promote the local economy and are of general interest to the Woodinville community. Due to pandemic-related restrictions, virtual, drive-up, and other socially distanced events and activities are especially encouraged.

The City will accept completed community grant applications until Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 5:00 PM. Grant applications will be assessed by staff to ensure they meet eligibility criteria (as stated in Resolution No. 479) and then presented to the City Council for funding consideration.

If approved for funding by the Woodinville City Council, grant money will be provided on a reimbursement basis following an event or activity. Please mail/email completed applications to Woodinville City Hall or maiak@ci.woodinville.wa.us.

For questions regarding the grant application process, please contact Maia Knox, Management Analyst with the City of Woodinville, by phone: 425-877-2267 or by email: maiak@ci.woodinville.wa.us
